Chilton DW-1 Front Centre Section Spar Dry Fit in Jig

Dry fit of the second front center section spar flanges and intercostals in the jig. Prepared jig with paraffin emulsion under areas to be glued. Purchased wood for the outer wing panel spar jigs so I can transfer dimensions and prep jigs. The outer wing panel parts will not be cut for several months until the wood has been in my shop environment awhile.

The Anchorseal Paraffin emulsion was applied to areas of the jig that will be under the epoxy.
This must be buffed once dry so that there is no transfer of the water based emulsion to the wood.
